HashMemo believes that “every individual can grow by putting their thoughts into words and deepening their thinking”.
We aim to provide a space where users can develop self-understanding and quietly encounter diverse perspectives through the daily habit of reflecting on a given theme and expressing their own thoughts.
To ensure that HashMemo remains a place where everyone feels safe, we have adopted a “zero-tolerance” policy for any behavior that violates the law, our Terms of Service, these guidelines, or any related policies.
HashMemo requires all users to comply with applicable laws and our internal policies and guidelines in order to maintain a safe and secure environment for thoughtful expression.
The HashMemo Terms of Service and related policies are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
All users are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and policies upon using our Services.
Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
Users must respect the intellectual property and rights of others.
When posting, quoting, or sharing third-party content, it is your responsibility to obtain appropriate permissions from the copyright holder.
HashMemo does not tolerate any content that infringes upon the rights of others.
If we determine that a post potentially infringes on third-party rights, we may remove the relevant content.
If you believe that your own copyright has been infringed, please submit a Copyright Report Form.
Only the copyright holder or an authorized agent may file such a report.
Respect for Other Users
HashMemo is committed to providing a space where everyone can feel safe expressing their thoughts.
We prohibit posting content, creating accounts, or any conduct that may offend or disturb others, including the following examples.
Actions that encourage or incite such behavior are also strictly prohibited:
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy, moral rights, or other rights;
- False or misleading claims;
- Discriminatory, offensive, or hate-inciting content;
- Content depicting or encouraging violence;
- Use of offensive or vulgar language;
- Obscene or sexually explicit content;
- Harmful expressions directed toward minors;
- Illegal or criminal activity, or content that encourages such behavior;
- Depiction of animal abuse or extreme violence;
- Content that promotes or encourages suicide and self-harm;
- Content that poses a serious risk to the safety or health of oneself or others;
- Impersonation of another individual or organization;
- Promoting dangerous acts or challenges;
- Other content deemed inappropriate by HashMemo
Reporting Violations or Infringements
HashMemo's Response
In the case of repeated or serious violations, we may suspend or delete an account without prior notice.
Important
- Individuals associated with antisocial organizations, such as criminal or hate groups, are not permitted to use HashMemo.
- You may file an objection to the removal of content or suspension of your account.
- These guidelines, Terms of Service, and related policies, are subject to change without notice.
